1 head of Lettuce
2 tbsp Sesame oil
Chopped White onion
1/2 Red bell pepper
1 cup sliced white Mushrooms
1 lb Ground Turkey
3 tbsp Rice Vinegar
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
1 1/2 tbsp Ginger (or ginger powder)
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (or Hoisin sauce)
Red Chili Flakes
Chop the onion, bell pepper, mushrooms and cucumber into small pieces.
Using a large pan, turn heat to medium, add the sesame oil, and chopped ingredients. heat until soft, about 2-3 minutes. Add the garlic, and ground turkey breaking it up evenly in the pan to cook. Continue to add in the other ingredients and mix together until meat is fully cooked.
Wash your lettuce, take a nice scoop of your turkey mix inside, and enjoy!
