1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
1/3 cup milk
8-10oz Garlic & herb Goat cheese logs
4oz cream cheese
1 tbsp Balsamic Vinaigrette
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp Gouda (or parmesan) cheese
Top it off with
Roasted Cherry Tomatoes
a pinch of garlic powder
salt & pepper
Pita Chips* (or baked flour tortillas)
Pre heat oven to 350
In a small pot, on medium to low heat, add olive oil and minced garlic. cook about 2 minutes, add in other ingredients for dip and let come to a creamy consistency. Pour into oven safe pan and bake for 10-15min.
Chop cherry tomatoes into small pieces, add seasoning and place on a piece of foil. Broil in oven for 5 min. You can also broil the dip to get that baked look on top! Just watch it so it doesn't burn. Remove from oven, top with tomatoes & balsamic vinaigrette and enjoy!
If you don't have Pita chips, you can use flour tortillas. Simply cut into small triangles, lightly brush on olive oil and broil until lightly toasted & brown, just a minute or so.
