Garlic Sauteed Mushrooms
1 pack Whole white 'button' mushrooms (or baby bellas)
4 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
chopped onions
2 cloves chopped garlic
1/4 cup dry white wine
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp parsley
1 tsp oregano
Prep:
- Rinse, clean & dry mushrooms. Set to the side
Cook:
Set pan to medium heat, add olive oil & butter to pan. Add in onions and cook until translucent. Add mushrooms and cook for about 5 minutes or until crispy. Pour in the white wine and cook down for 2-3 minutes. Add the garlic, garlic powder and herbs. cook for about a minute. Turn off heat, stir around and sprinkle with salt & pepper.
