Spicy Chicken, Shrimp and Mushroom Alfredo
Quick and easy creamy chicken dish (feeds 4). After a hard days work, here is an easy recipe to follow if you don't have to make from scratch but your guests can still enjoy!
Natural chicken tenderloins (about 4-5)
1 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. Tony Chachere's seasoning (or seasoning of your choice)
1 tbsp. chili flakes
1 tbsp. oregano
pinch of cayenne pepper powder
handful of mushrooms
3 garlic cloves (chopped)
2 tbsp. butter
1 jar of Classico Alfredo Sauce
1 cup mozzarella cheese
handful of pasta noodles(Fettuccine)
3 cups of water
1 tsp. salt
1tbsp olive oil
heat water to a boil in large pot. Add salt, olive oil and noodles. cook for about 12-15 min then drain.
Season both sides of chicken with garlic powder, pepper, Tony's, oregano and chili flakes. On stove top, coat medium saucepan with butter and place chicken in pan and cook through on both sides, adding garlic cloves, and mushrooms to pan. Cut chicken into slices (or pieces) then add Alfredo sauce to pan. Add pinch of cayenne pepper and cheese, and stir until heated.
At this point you can choose to mix pasta noodles in the same pan or serve separately, and enjoy!
